Service Description

This course equips Executive Chief Fire Officers with the knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely, effectively, and competently. The curriculum emphasizes the recruitment, selection, and placement of personnel; the development of a positive and participative member–management culture; the establishment and evaluation of education and in-service training goals; the appraisal of member assistance programs; and the evaluation of incentive programs to determine if desired results are being achieved. Through these areas of focus, participants gain practical tools to lead their organizations with vision, accountability, and measurable success.
