Refund Policy

California Fire & Rescue Training is committed to maintaining clear and fair refund practices for all training courses. A full refund will be issued if a course is canceled by California Fire & Rescue Training. Students who withdraw at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the course start date will receive a refund of their registration fee, minus applicable processing charges. Withdrawals made between thirteen (13) and eight (8) business days before the start date will be refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee, less processing fees. Students who withdraw within seven (7) business days of the start date will forfeit their entire registration fee. For payments made by PayPal or credit card, refunds will be credited back to the same account originally used for payment. For the purposes of this policy, business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
